Thyme & Co is a husband and wife team that opened in Ballycastle in 2007. Eimear is the head chef and has worked across Europe, America and Australia. Tom worked in one of his Uncle's bakeries as a student where Eimears’ Uncle was the baker. After University he moved into IT and finance and would spend his holidays wooing Eimear wherever she was. Tom brought Eimear back from Vienna where she was working under the promise they would get married and open a cafe together. The result was Thyme&Co.
At Thyme & Co we provide a variety of exciting dishes ranging from delicious salads and aromatic soups served with our award-winning breads and light lunches, all incorporating local produce.
